On demand we can multiply any other variety than those mentioned below.

Here you will find the non-exhaustive list of the different varieties that we multiply. Each grape variety is characterized by its own cultural (vigor, productivity and precocity) and oenological (alcoholic, phenolic and aromatic potential) abilities.

To make the most of your terroir by harvesting grapes as often as possible, we can advise you on the varietal choice.

WHITE GRAPES

This grape variety grown in Burgundy is the result of published genetic analyzes of a cross between Pinot and Gouais B. Aligoté B is a semi-finely produced white grape that produces light white wines. acidic, fresh and light.

Grenache Blanc is used for the production of natural sweet wines but also allows to obtain interesting dry white wines, long in the mouth, having fat and breadth but sometimes lacking some acidity.

This grape is well drought-resistant and is particularly fond of dry gravel or pebble soils.

Resistant to drought, the Muscat of Alexandria promises very sweet pulp berries, juicy and firm, protected by a thin skin. The fruits are medium in size and gather in compact clusters, narrow and long, of medium size. The musky flavor ensures very good natural sweet wines.

This variety makes it possible to elaborate dry wines very elegant, very fine, balanced and typed. The varietal aromas of Sauvignon B, especially present in the wine in the early years, are quite specific and can present nuances according to the terroir, the vintage and the conditions of culture. In late harvest or in the presence of noble rot, this variety can participate in the development of great sweet wines.

The viognier gives a white wine of excellent quality and a great finesse. Highly perfumed, the wine is extraordinarily oily, supple, not to mention unctuous.

It allows, under favorable conditions, to elaborate very aromatic wines (apricot, peach, ...), complex, powerful and of high quality.

This grape variety has a very high qualitative potential and makes it possible to produce dry white wines, sparkling wines, and even sweet wines.
The sugar content of berries can reach high levels while maintaining high acidity. This is what makes wines particularly well balanced, powerful and ample. The aromas are typical, complex and intense.

This vigorous, fertile and productive grape must be cut short and reserved, preferably, to soil not very fertile and stony. Marsanne B allows to elaborate dry or sparkling white wines, quite elegant, moderately or not very acidic, with fine aromas. Associated with Roussane B they give light wines with aromas of yellow fruits, white fruits and flowers.

Pinot blanc is a rather vigorous grape of regular production (more productive than Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir).

It allows to elaborate pleasant wines, slightly full-bodied with a medium acidity. It can also be used for the production of base wines for sparkling wines.

The wine from the pure Roussane is of extraordinary quality. It emerges a delicate aroma reminiscent of that, coffee, honeysuckle, iris and peony. The taste of this wine improves with age. This grape variety helps to highlight and reveal good terroirs.

The Ugni Blanc gives a pale yellow wine and dry, relatively neutral but balanced. In addition, it brings a touch of freshness and finesse to the wines. However, it is poor in aromas. It also makes it possible to obtain wines suitable for the production of high quality eaux-de-vie.

This variety is fertile, very vigorous and productive. It allows to elaborate pleasant wines, aromatic, with a good acid support. Aromas of lime, nectarine, boxwood, citrus and exotic fruits emerge.

This variety is used to make dry white wines, natural sweet wines and sparkling wines. It can also be used in blends (with a small percentage) to bring aromatic nuances into neutral wines. Muscat with small white grains has a high sugar potential with a good balance of acidity and an intense, powerful and delicate flavor. He enjoys stony and poor hillsides.

This grape variety has a preference for light and slaty soils. It is very resistant to the cold winters of the continental climate.

It allows the production of dry white wines of high quality, very aromatic, lively and elegant. They can be preserved and overripe or in the presence of noble rot, can give great sweet wines.

Vermentino gives quality white wines, pleasant and beautiful pale color. These fine and balanced fine wines have an interesting aromatic richness (floral aromas of hawthorn, fruity pear ...) even if they sometimes lack acidity.

RED GRAPES

The Cabernet Franc wines are medium in color with fine tannins, subtle aromas of red berries and spices. In combination with merlot and cabernet sauvignon, it gives the wine complexity and bouquet of aromas. It produces fruity wines that can be drunk young but whose great vintages can be long-lived.

It is a fertile grape variety that makes it possible to obtain a regular, often important production. It is easy to drive and must be cut short (cup, cord). Carignan N is well adapted to the hot, dry regions and to the not very fertile soils. Carignan N has a medium potential for sugar content and is high in color.

This very vigorous variety sometimes shows a sensitivity to coulure and difficulties of aging. It is better adapted to soils that are slightly acidic, gravelly, stony (pebbles) than to very calcareous white soils. Grenache N makes it possible to obtain natural sweet wines and very great structured and aromatic wines, provided they are planted on quality soils and have a good color.

This productive grape is resistant to winter frosts. Its fruit shed is also pretty good after a spring frost. It tends to emit a lot of rejections and greedy. Meunier N is well adapted to calcareous soils.

This variety is mainly used for the production of sparkling wines. It makes it possible to obtain medium acidic wines which evolve rather quickly.

A fragile grape variety that fears drought and is susceptible to disease. It matures quickly and needs a soil rich in trace elements to produce clusters of a beautiful bluish black color, sweet and spicy juice. Its red wines are of sustained color and their aromas are fruity, spicy, floral and tannins structure all. Syrah also makes rosé wines, pleasant and a beautiful finesse.

Cabernet Sauvignon N produces wines with a very interesting tannic structure and a good color with good maturity. They are generally suitable for aging and aging in wood. The vegetal aromas of this grape give way to much more pleasant and complex aromas, when the maturity is satisfacto

This variety is fertile, productive, very resistant to drought and not very sensitive to browning. Cinsaut N should be grown preferentially in poor and dry soils; in these conditions, it allows to obtain a regular production.

The bunches are big and the berries are very big. Juice yields are high.

The clusters are small to medium sized. Cylindro-conical, they have an elongated shape. Its berries are juicy and have a purple black skin color.

This varietal makes it possible to elaborate colored wines, typed and of high quality. They are aromatic, full-bodied, with a very interesting structure.

This delicate grape has a rather irregular fertility and its yield must be small so that its strains do not run out quickly. It requires a regularly irrigated soil but in a limited way. on clay-limestone grounds.

The wine made with this grape is rich in aroma, low in acidity and has a good quality tannic structure.

This variety is vigorous and appreciates sandy and gravelly soils. The Tannat N gives colored wines, very tannic and nervous. Once mature, this grape variety makes it possible to produce quality red wines that are powerful, robust and able to mature.

Tannat is rarely used alone. It is associated with fer-servadou to obtain a more fruity taste or Cabernet Sauvignon to be more rounded.

This variety is fertile, very vigorous and productive. It allows to elaborate pleasant wines, aromatic, with a good acid support. Aromas of lime, nectarine, boxwood, citrus and exotic fruits emerge.

It is a black grape variety with white juice, bunches and juicy berries of medium size. Gamay is early and very productive and needs to be limited for quality to outweigh the quantity.

It produces red wines very fruity, fresh and greedy.

This grape is well suited to clay-limestone soils, sensitive to winter and spring frosts and poorly adapted to intense drought.

It produces round, powerful wines, rich in alcohol and in color, relatively low in acidity. These full-bodied and structured wines, with tannins however quite flexible, can follow an undergrowth. The aromas are complex and elegant.

Vermentino gives quality white wines, pleasant and beautiful pale color. These fine and balanced fine wines have an interesting aromatic richness (floral aromas of hawthorn, fruity pear ...) even if they sometimes lack acidity.

This grape is quite hardy, vigorous, well adapted to the southern conditions but its branches are brittle and it is sensitive to the wind. The bunches are large (elongated) and the bays medium. In favorable soils, the Tempranillo N makes it possible to obtain quality wines, very pleasant, well colored and robust. Quality and degree drop quickly when yield becomes excessive.
